Copyright Dispute Policy
Effective Date: August 17, 2015

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Chiyu Healing has implemented the following policy regarding alleged copyright infringement. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service, and all users of the Chiyu Healingplatform are expected to comply with its provisions.

1. Our Policy on Copyright Infringement

Chiyu Healingreserves the right to:

  • Block access to or remove any content that, in our good faith judgment, infringes the copyright of others; and

  • Suspend or terminate service to users who are repeat infringers.

2. How to Report a Copyright Violation

If you believe that content hosted on or accessible through the Chiyu Healing platform infringes your copyright (or that of someone you’re authorized to represent), please submit a formal notice of copyright infringement to our Designated Agent. Your notice must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;

  • Specific identification of the allegedly infringing content, including its location on our platform, with enough detail for us to locate it;

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the material is being used without authorization;

  • Your full contact information, including name, address, phone number, and (if available) email address; and

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

Once we receive a properly formatted DMCA notice:

  • We may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;

  • We will notify the content provider about the removal or access restriction; and

  • If the same user repeatedly violates our policy, we may permanently disable their access to our services.

4. How to Submit a Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed or access was restricted in error, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and its previous location;

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification;

  • Your name, address, phone number, and (if available) email address;

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your area (or in any district where Chiyu Healingis located, if outside the U.S.), and that you accept service of legal process from the person who submitted the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless they file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days or longer.
