🚫 Shipping Limitations

Multiple Addresses: We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. Please place separate orders for different destinations.

PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO:
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via DHL/UPS and transfer to USPS for final delivery. Delivery may take up to 45 days and tracking updates may be limited due to military handling.
🌍 International Orders & VAT

Orders shipped outside the U.S. are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

We do not collect VAT, duties, or customs fees.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.

Orders fulfilled from the UK or EU are subject to a 20% VAT.
📦 Order Tracking & Notifications

Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email.

If your order is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please wait a few days—couriers may mark items early. If it still hasn’t arrived, reach out to us.

We can only cancel orders before production begins. Once in production, cancellations are no longer possible.
🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Return Policy:

Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchanges only allowed for same style and color.

Limit: one exchange per item

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-returnable items: Posters, hats, phone cases, and other non-apparel products.
