🚚 Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • First item: $4.99

  • Each additional item: $2.00

International Shipping:

  • First item: $15.99

  • Each additional item: $4.00


⏱️ Production & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Estimated transit time:

    • Domestic: 1–7 business days

    • International: 4–15 business days

Quilts:

  • Production time: 8–12 business days

  • Shipping time: 10–15 business days

Fast Shipping:

  • Delivery within 2–3 business days, excluding 1–2 days handling time.

  • Actual times may vary depending on your location and order volume.


🚫 Shipping Limitations

  • Multiple Addresses: We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. Please place separate orders for different destinations.

  • PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO:
    Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via DHL/UPS and transfer to USPS for final delivery. Delivery may take up to 45 days and tracking updates may be limited due to military handling.


🌍 International Orders & VAT

  • Orders shipped outside the U.S. are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

    • We do not collect VAT, duties, or customs fees.

    • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.

  • Orders fulfilled from the UK or EU are subject to a 20% VAT.


📦 Order Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

  • Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email.

  • If your order is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please wait a few days—couriers may mark items early. If it still hasn’t arrived, reach out to us.


🛒 Ordering & Payment

  • We accept PayPal, Debit Cards, and all major Credit Cards.

How to Place an Order:

  1. Select your items and add them to cart

  2. Enter your shipping and billing information

  3. Choose a shipping method

  4. Proceed to checkout

Applying a Coupon:

  • Enter your coupon code in the shopping cart or during checkout.

  • Be sure to click “Apply” before completing your payment.

Need to Edit or Cancel Your Order?

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected].

  • We can only cancel orders before production begins. Once in production, cancellations are no longer possible.


🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return Policy:

  • Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size within 10 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • Exchanges only allowed for same style and color.

    • Limit: one exchange per item

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Non-returnable items: Posters, hats, phone cases, and other non-apparel products.

Product Issues? We’ve Got You Covered:

We will gladly replace your item if:

  • It is defective

  • The print quality is poor

  • You received the wrong item

Please email photos of the item and your concern to [email protected]. Once verified, a free replacement will be issued.


💳 Refunds & Late Returns

  • If you haven’t received a refund:

    1. Recheck your bank account

    2. Contact your credit card company and bank (processing may take time)

    3. Still no refund? Contact us directly

  • If returning items valued over $75, we recommend using trackable shipping or insurance.

    • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
