🚚 Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

⏱️ Production & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Estimated transit time:
Domestic: 1–7 business days
International: 4–15 business days
Quilts:
Production time: 8–12 business days
Shipping time: 10–15 business days
Fast Shipping:
Delivery within 2–3 business days, excluding 1–2 days handling time.
Actual times may vary depending on your location and order volume.
🚫 Shipping Limitations
Multiple Addresses: We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. Please place separate orders for different destinations.
PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO:
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via DHL/UPS and transfer to USPS for final delivery. Delivery may take up to 45 days and tracking updates may be limited due to military handling.
🌍 International Orders & VAT
Orders shipped outside the U.S. are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
We do not collect VAT, duties, or customs fees.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.
Orders fulfilled from the UK or EU are subject to a 20% VAT.
📦 Order Tracking & Notifications
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email.
If your order is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please wait a few days—couriers may mark items early. If it still hasn’t arrived, reach out to us.

We accept PayPal, Debit Cards, and all major Credit Cards.

Applying a Coupon:
Enter your coupon code in the shopping cart or during checkout.
Be sure to click “Apply” before completing your payment.
Need to Edit or Cancel Your Order?

We can only cancel orders before production begins. Once in production, cancellations are no longer possible.
🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Return Policy:
Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Exchanges only allowed for same style and color.
Limit: one exchange per item
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-returnable items: Posters, hats, phone cases, and other non-apparel products.

We will gladly replace your item if:
It is defective
The print quality is poor
You received the wrong item
Please email photos of the item and your concern to [email protected]. Once verified, a free replacement will be issued.
💳 Refunds & Late Returns
If you haven’t received a refund:
Recheck your bank account
Contact your credit card company and bank (processing may take time)
Still no refund? Contact us directly
If returning items valued over $75, we recommend using trackable shipping or insurance.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
