SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

THE JOURNEY OF YOUR ITEM

At Chiyu Healing, we believe that good things come to those who practice patience and mindfulness. To stay true to our commitment to the environment and reduce the massive waste of the fast-fashion industry, we operate on a 100% Print-On-Demand (POD) model. We do not have warehouses filled with pre-printed goods. Instead, your item is brought to life exclusively for you after you place your order.

This Shipping Policy explains the timeline and the journey your package takes from our printing facilities to your doorstep.

SECTION 1 – PRODUCTION TIME (CRAFTING YOUR ORDER)

Before your order can be shipped, it must be created. Once your payment is verified and the 12-hour modification window has passed, your order is routed to the printing facility closest to your destination.

• Standard Apparel & Accessories (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Mugs): Requires 2 to 5 business days for printing, cutting, sewing, and quality inspection.
• Complex Items & Footwear (Shoes, Boots, Specialty Bags): Requires 5 to 10 business days for precise manufacturing and curing.

*Mindful Note: During heavy shopping seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Lunar New Year), production facilities experience immense volume. Please allow an extra 2–3 days for production during these peak times.

SECTION 2 – ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping time is calculated from the day your package is handed over to the postal carrier, not from the moment you placed the order. Below are the estimated transit times based on your location:

• United States: 7 to 15 business days.
• Canada, United Kingdom, European Union: 10 to 20 business days.
• Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 20 business days.
• Rest of the World: 12 to 25 business days.

While we partner with reliable global carriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Transit times are estimates and can be influenced by weather conditions, customs clearance, and local postal delays.

SECTION 3 – TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

As soon as your package is labeled and leaves our facility, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

• It typically takes 2 to 5 business days for the tracking link to update with its first scan. If your tracking shows “Pre-Transit” or “Label Created” for a few days, please do not worry—your package is moving through the initial logistics hubs.
• For international orders, tracking updates may pause while the package is crossing the ocean or undergoing customs inspection.

SECTION 4 – SPLIT SHIPMENTS (MULTIPLE PACKAGES)

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we partner with various specialized production facilities. If you order a canvas wall art and a pair of sneakers, they will be crafted at different locations and shipped in separate packages. You will receive multiple tracking numbers, and they may arrive on different days. You will never be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.

SECTION 5 – ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY FAILURES

Finding balance means paying attention to the details. The customer is 100% responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout (including apartment or suite numbers).

Chiyu Healing will not issue free replacements or refunds if a package is lost, returned to sender, or delivered to the wrong address because the customer provided incorrect information. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer must pay a reshipment fee to have a new order dispatched.

SECTION 6 – LOST PACKAGES & STOLEN GOODS

• Lost in Transit: If your tracking link shows absolutely no updates for more than 15 business days, please email [email protected]. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and, if deemed lost, we will issue a free replacement or refund.
• Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received: If the carrier scans your package as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check your porch, side doors, and with your neighbors. You must also contact your local post office immediately. Chiyu Healing is not liable for packages stolen from your property after the carrier has successfully delivered them, and we cannot issue refunds for stolen goods.

SECTION 7 – INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For orders shipped outside of the United States, your local government may impose import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in our item prices or shipping fees. The recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties to receive their package. We cannot lower the declared value of goods to avoid taxes, as this is illegal.
