Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and stand behind them with a 100% workmanship guarantee. If your order has a defect or was made in error on our part, we will replace it at no cost to you.


🔄 Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size, design, or color selection made by the customer.

We will gladly offer a replacement if:

  • The product is flawed or damaged

  • The print quality is unsatisfactory

  • You received a product that is different from what was displayed on our website

To request a replacement:

  • Email: [email protected]

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the product, including close-ups of any issues

Our support team will review your claim. If approved, we will ship you a replacement at no additional charge.


💵 Refunds (If Applicable)

If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we’re happy to accommodate approved claims. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Important Notes:

  • Unauthorized returns, or returns of used, worn, or washed items, will not be eligible for refunds and will be forfeited.

  • Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.


🕓 Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting delays are common)

  3. Contact your bank

🔁 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email [email protected] and our team will provide a return address after your claim is approved.


🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once your returned item is received, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.


📦 Return Shipping Instructions

  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.

💡 For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
