Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this window, your order enters production and can no longer be canceled.
👕 How Do I Return or Exchange My Shirt?
Because each item is custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns unless there is a production defect or quality issue.
If your order arrives with a defect, we will:

Reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost, or

Offer a full refund if you choose not to receive a replacement

If the wrong size was selected due to not reviewing our sizing chart, here’s how we can help:

Once payment is received, we’ll process your order as priority
🎨 I Made a Mistake with My Order
If your mistake relates to ink color or shirt color, please note that screen displays may vary and we cannot guarantee an exact color match. We are not liable for discrepancies between your screen and the actual item.
However, if we made a mistake (e.g., wrong item or defect), we will make it right. Please:

Upon confirmation, you may receive:

You do not need to send the item back. We encourage you to donate it to someone in need and let us know once done.
⚠️ Design Visibility Issues:
If you selected, for example, a white shirt with white lettering, please note that our system processes your design exactly as submitted. Such issues are not considered defects. We will still assist you, but you will be responsible for production and shipping fees, similar to our exchange policy.
📦 My Package Was Returned to Sender — What Now?
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it will be marked as “Return to Sender” in your tracking details (provided via email).
