BILLING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: June 17, 2026

FINANCIAL AGREEMENT & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Billing Terms & Conditions outline the financial agreements between you (the customer) and Chiyu Healing. By clicking “Complete Order” or “Pay Now” on https://chiyuhealing.com/, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these binding financial terms.

SECTION 1 – PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & TIMING

Because all items at Chiyu Healing are Print-On-Demand (custom-made upon request), 100% full payment is required upfront at the time of purchase. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), partial deposits, or manual invoicing. By submitting your payment information, you authorize our payment processors to charge your selected card or account for the total order amount, including applicable shipping fees and taxes.

SECTION 2 – ACCURACY OF BILLING INFORMATION

To protect our community from credit card fraud, our payment gateways run strict verification checks.

  • You are required to provide a complete, truthful, and accurate billing name, billing address, and contact information.
  • The billing address provided at checkout MUST match the address registered with your card issuer. Discrepancies (such as a mismatched ZIP code) will result in a declined transaction or an automatic hold by our fraud-prevention system.

SECTION 3 – RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS

Chiyu Healing reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our sole discretion. We utilize advanced fraud-detection software. If an order is flagged as “High Risk” for potential fraud (e.g., using proxy IPs, severe address mismatches, or unusually high purchasing volume), we reserve the right to:

  1. Request additional identity verification (such as a photo of a government-issued ID or a utility bill matching the billing address).
  2. Cancel the order immediately and refund the amount to the original payment method.
  3. Ban the IP address and user account from making future purchases.

SECTION 4 – ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER (12-HOUR RULE)

As detailed in our Refund Policy, customers are granted a 12-hour grace period from the moment of purchase to cancel their order or request modifications (such as size/address changes). You must email [email protected] within this timeframe. Once the 12 hours have passed, the funds are deployed to pay our printing facilities for raw materials and labor. After 12 hours, the order is locked, and financial cancellations are strictly prohibited.

SECTION 5 – CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES, AND FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

We operate with transparency and deeply value communication. If you experience any issue with your order—whether it is a delay, a defect, or a lost package—you agree to contact our support team at [email protected] to seek a fair resolution before opening a dispute with your bank, credit card company, or PayPal.

Our Stance on Chargebacks:

  • Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with our support team first is considered a breach of these Terms.
  • Filing a “Friendly Fraud” chargeback (e.g., claiming “Item Not Received” when the tracking clearly shows “Delivered,” or claiming an unauthorized transaction when you made the purchase) is illegal.
  • Chiyu Healing aggressively disputes all fraudulent chargebacks. We will submit all tracking logs, IP addresses, communication records, and policy agreements to the payment gateway and your bank to recover our funds.
  • Customers who file invalid or fraudulent chargebacks will have their details submitted to fraud databases, which may impact your credit score, and you will be permanently banned from the Chiyu Healing network.

SECTION 6 – PRICING & TAX ERRORS

While we strive for perfection, typographical errors in pricing may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch or human error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund immediately. Additionally, any uncollected local sales taxes or international import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
